4. Do you travel or work with different venues?

Absolutely! We work with a variety of venues and can also recommend hidden gems if you haven’t picked one yet.

5. How do I get started?

Just send us a DM or email us with your wedding date and vibe – we’ll handle the rest from there!

6. Will I still have some control over my wedding if I hire your team as my planner?

Definitely!  We will do as much, or as little, as you want us to do during the wedding planning process.  We always ask you what you want and we then make our suggestions to you.

7. You seem like a great fit so far—what makes you different from the rest?

At Kingdom Collective, we’re more than just stylists or planners — we’re your calm in the chaos, your sounding board, and often, your newest friend. While we absolutely live for thoughtful design and personalised styling, we know that the most important thing we offer is peace of mind.

What sets us apart? We take the time to truly get to know you — your personality, your priorities, your story — so your wedding doesn’t just look beautiful, it feels like you. We ask the right questions from day one, guiding you through every step with clarity, confidence and a whole lot of heart.

We’re full-time, full-service, and all in. From planning and budgeting to day-of coordination and creative execution, our role is to carry the load so you can enjoy the magic moments — like cake tastings, dress shopping, and seeing your vision come to life.

And when our trusted vendors offer discounts? They go straight to you. We don’t gatekeep savings or push preferred suppliers — we advocate for what’s best for your day.

You’ll find the word “calm” often used by our couples — and that’s no accident. We’re here to keep things smooth, seamless, and joyful — because that’s exactly what this season of your life should be.

8. Do you take on more than one wedding per day?

At Kingdom Collective, we’re proud to offer an intentionally personalised approach — we never take on more than one wedding per planner in a weekend. This ensures our full focus is on you, not split across multiple events. Your wedding isn’t just another date in our calendar — it’s our sole priority.

When you meet with us, the planner or stylist you connect with is the same person who will walk with you through the entire journey — and be by your side on the big day. We believe trust and familiarity are key to a stress-free experience, and that starts with building a genuine connection from day one.

Your wedding deserves undivided attention. And that’s exactly what we give.

9. This is a dream. Are we going to be able to afford this?

We completely understand that budget is a big part of planning a wedding — and honestly, it’s a conversation we welcome.

At Kingdom Collective, we start with your budget and build from there. You tell us what you're working with, and we’ll guide you on what’s possible, where to prioritise, and how to make it work beautifully. We don’t believe in hidden costs or upselling — just honest advice, thoughtful planning, and creative solutions.

Truthfully, we’ve delivered incredible full weddings — venue, styling, photography, coordination, and more — all for under $25,000. It’s about knowing where to spend, where to save, and who to trust.

10. What form of payment do you accept and do you have a payment plan?

We accept cash or bank transfer. Our payment plans are customised to the couple and are available as part of taking the stress away in the planning process.
