Coordinate ME

Perfect for couples who’ve planned most things, but want everything to run smoothly on the day.

Pre-Wedding Support:

  • Initial handover meeting (6–8 weeks out).

  • Review of all existing bookings & contracts.

  • Vendor contact & confirmation.

  • Development of master run sheet.

  • Creation of floor plans + ceremony & reception layouts.

  • Custom wedding timeline for all key stakeholders.

  • One site visit if required.

  • Final vendor checklist sent 1 week out.

On-the-Day Support:

  • Full day coverage (typically up to 10 hours).

  • Ceremony and reception setup and pack-down.

  • Point of contact for all vendors and guests.

  • Cueing of key moments (ceremony, speeches, first dance, etc.).

  • Troubleshooting and last-minute changes.

  • Emergency wedding kit on hand.

  • One coordinator (or more, depending on guest size).

For couples who want a visually cohesive, beautiful event that reflects their love story.

Styling Process:

  • Initial style consultation to uncover vision, mood, and inspiration.

  • Creation of a tailored Styling. Concept Board.

  • Venue walkthrough to assess layout, lighting, and logistics.

  • Colour palette, theme, and decor recommendations.

  • Liaison with hire vendors (furniture, linens, props, signage).

  • Creation of floral brief & liaison with florist.

  • Sourcing of unique or specialty styling items.

  • Table setting design (flatware, glassware, menus, place cards).

  • Custom signage and stationery design (if included).

On-the-Day Styling Includes:

  • Full setup of ceremony styling. package (e.g. arbour, chairs, signage).

  • Reception styling using selected palette & design concept.

  • Styling of feature spaces: cake table, bar, welcome table, etc.

  • Coordination with florist for on-site installation.

  • Pack down and collection of all hire and decor items.
